Own a compatible Solana-based digital wallet to engage in NFT transactions.
We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who does not meet these requirements.

3. NFT Ownership & Transactions

3.1. Purchase and Transfer of NFTs
NFTs on Red & Green are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once minted or purchased, NFT ownership is transferred to your Solana wallet.
All transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, ensuring transparency and security.

3.2. No Refunds or Cancellations
All NFT transactions are final. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, purchases cannot be reversed, refunded, or canceled.

Please verify all details before confirming any transaction.

3.3. Intellectual Property Rights

While you own the NFT itself, Red & Green retains the intellectual property rights to all visual, artistic, and creative assets associated with the NFT.

You may not reproduce, modify, or use Red & Green’s NFT assets for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

4. Use of the Platform

By using Red & Green, you agree:

Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering, hacking, or exploiting smart contracts.

Not to attempt to manipulate transactions, inflate prices, or artificially alter NFT value.

Not to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform in any way.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent ban from our platform.

5. Risks & Disclaimers

5.1. Blockchain Risks

Red & Green does not control the Solana blockchain. Any delays, failures, or errors in the network are beyond our responsibility.

Transactions, once confirmed, cannot be reversed or undone.

5.2. Market Volatility
The value of NFTs fluctuates based on market demand. We do not guarantee profitability, future value, or liquidity of any asset.

5.3. No Financial Advice
Red & Green does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Red & Green is not responsible for losses due to user mistakes, including lost private keys, incorrect wallet addresses, or unauthorized access.

We are not liable for third-party issues, including hacks, smart contract vulnerabilities, or external marketplace failures.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for your NFT.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Red & Green if:

You violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities on our platform.
The platform undergoes technical maintenance, upgrades, or closure.
Termination does not waive any outstanding obligations or rights under these terms.
